Will I Turn Orange?

No - I’ve carefully chosen premium tanning solutions that deliver a flawless, natural-looking glow—never orange and never streaky.

Do I Have to Be Naked?

Your comfort is key.
Ladies: Wear whatever you feel comfortable in - anything from a bikini, bra and knickers to nothing at all.
Gents: A disposable G-string is required (I can provide one if needed).

Will It Change My Hair Colour?

I take care to avoid your hair. If you are blonde I will take extra precaution when spraying your face. For extra protection, I provide hair nets if you'd like to use one.

Will It Make a Mess in My Home?

Not at all. I bring with me a pop-up tanning tent, floor sheet and a professional spray system. The solution dries quickly, and there’s no mess left behind—just your beautiful new glow.

Can I Still Exercise After My Tan?

Yes - but be aware that sweat, chlorine, oils, and exfoliation can shorten the life of your tan. Light activity is fine, but I recommend avoiding intense workouts for at least 24 hours.

When Can I Shower?

It depends on what tan you have. Wait at least 8 hours before showering with a non express tan to allow your tan to fully develop.
If you’ve had an express tan, you can rinse off in as little as 30 minutes to 6 hours depending on the shade required.
Leaving the tan on longer won't make it darker.

Will It Stain My Clothes or Bedding?

While your tan is developing, wear loose, dark clothing.
Tight clothing or light fabrics may pick up some bronzer, but it typically washes out. If you're leaving the tan on overnight, I recommend dark bedding just in case (my favourite product doesn't mark bedding)

How Long Will My Tan Last?

On average, your tan will last 5–7 days, depending on your skincare routine and lifestyle. With proper care, it may last even longer. The Express Tans develop quickly and typically last 3-5 days.

How Long Does the Appointment Take?

Please allow around 30 minutes. That includes setup, a consultation, the tan application, and clean-up. The actual spray takes about 10-15 minutes.

Can I Get a Spray Tan While Pregnant?

Please note: I do not offer spray tanning to clients in their first trimester of pregnancy. Your safety is my top priority. If you're expecting and in your second or third trimester, I'm happy to provide a full ingredient list for you to review with your doctor.

Can I Still Tan in the Sun?

Yes, but remember—spray tans do not offer any sun protection. Please use SPF when spending time outdoors.

What If I Already Have a Natural Tan?

Even if you’re naturally tanned, a spray tan can enhance your colour, even out your skin tone, and give you a radiant glow. It will not cover tan lines.

Is It Safe for My Skin?

Absolutely - The solutions I use are:

The active ingredient, DHA, works only on the outermost layer of your skin and is not absorbed into the bloodstream.

How Does a Spray Tan Work?

The active ingredient, DHA, reacts with amino acids in your skin to create a natural bronze tone. The tan fades gradually as your skin exfoliates - just like a natural sun tan.

I Have Asthma - Is It Safe for Me?

If you have asthma or any respiratory issues, I recommend speaking to your doctor before booking. I can also provide a nose filter upon request.

Can I Customise My Tan Colour?

Yes! I’ll work with you to choose the perfect shade based on your skin tone and how dark you’d like to go.

How Can I Make My Tan Last Longer?

To get the most out of your tan:

Moisturise daily

Avoid chlorine, oils, and exfoliating products

Pat your skin dry after showers

How Do You Prevent Patchy Hands & Feet?

I apply a professional barrier cream to your hands, feet, elbows, and knees—areas prone to over-absorption. This helps ensure an even, streak-free finish.

Can I Swim After a Spray Tan?

Yes (ideally not for 24 hours after) Keep in mind that repeated exposure to chlorine can fade your tan faster. Don’t worry—it won’t run or come off in the water.

How Does Mobile Spray Tanning Work?

I bring the spray tan experience to you, in the comfort of your home or office.
I arrive with:

A pop-up tanning tent

A professional HVLP spray system

All the products and equipment needed

After a consultation, I’ll apply your tan in approx 10-15 minutes, and you’ll be left with a beautiful glow - no travel, no stress.

How Should I Prepare for My Spray Tan?

For best results -

Exfoliate gently 2/3 times the week before your appointment (not the same day)

Shave 24 hours or wax 48 hours before your session

Arrive with clean, dry skin - no makeup, lotion, deodorant, or perfume

What Should I Wear During My Tan?

Whatever you’re comfortable in.
I provide disposable G-strings, or you can wear your own dark underwear or a bikini.
Men: boxers, trunks, or shorts.
After your tan, wear loose, dark clothing and avoid nylon or lycra also don't wear a bra.

Remove jewellery before your appointment.

Can I Remove My Tan Early?

Your tan will fade naturally over 5–7 days, but if needed, you can speed it up by:

Gently exfoliating with a mitt or sponge.

Soaking in a bath or frequently showering.
Don’t over-scrub, as it can irritate your skin.

Is Spray Tanning Safe?

Yes - DHA is one of the safest ways to tan. It’s a widely used cosmetic ingredient that stays on the surface of the skin and isn’t absorbed into the body. It is also a much safer alternative to UV tanning in the sun or using tanning beds.

What If I Inhale the Mist?

While inhaling large amounts of any cosmetic product is not recommended, DHA is considered non-toxic. If you’re concerned, I can provide a mask for added peace of mind.
